Description: Crazy, I admit but I am a new fan of Twitter, and not so I can keep up with the lastest gossip. In fact, I'm trying to keep up with the lastest educational ideas, tends and practices. I follow only a handful of people but I feel as if I have grown as a professional because of the best practices and great ideas others are "tweeting".

Analysis: The struggle as well as the joy of my job as an educator working with at risk students is the variety of individual learning needs each student brings to our learning environment. I function as a "generalist", not a "specialist" which means I mostly know a little about a lot of things. I am often learning and researching along with the AOL students.

Reflection: I log onto Twitter everyday, and most everyday I feel like I learn something new. I follow several professionals who I believe are truly change agents in the field of education, pushing the boundries to make education a more meaningful and rich experience for all learners. As well, I feel I am pushed as a professional to ponder bold ideas others are tweeting.
